btjee Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the btjee platform (btjee.cam) and all related services. By visiting the btjee website, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to all the terms described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the btjee platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and use the btjee platform:

1.1 Age Requirement

btjee is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. By opening an account on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found that an account holder is under 21, that account and all its transactions will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Personal Use

Each user may operate only one account for their own personal use. A btjee account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Operating betting or gaming on behalf of any third party is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Mental Capacity

Users must be mentally sound and capable of making decisions voluntarily and with full awareness. Use of the platform while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is discouraged.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

When registering an account on btjee, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following points apply to registration:

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• btjee reserves the right to close an account if the information provided at registration is found to be false.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the btjee support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btjee may at any time ask users to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on the btjee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• Deposited funds must come from your own account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• btjee may set or change the maximum deposit limit at any time.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held until the wagering requirement on any active bonus is fulfilled.
• The withdrawal applicant may be required to complete the KYC process.
• btjee reserves the right to hold or cancel a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the btjee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will apply.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
• Bonus usability may vary depending on the game.
• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person, device, or household.

4.2 Promotional Offers

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to misuse bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets to gain risk-free profit — btjee reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

Cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other games are available on the btjee platform. Please keep the following in mind when gaming:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, btjee may cancel that round.
• If you discover an error or bug in any game, contact the game provider — using such errors to gain profit is prohibited.

5.2 Sports Betting

Live and pre-match betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds may change at any time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the standard rules in effect.

5.3 VIP Program

btjee has five VIP levels. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher levels and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

btjee's decision on VIP level determination and cashback calculation is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjee platform:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Registering an account using a false identity or information.
• Exploiting the platform through hacking, manipulation, or any other technical means.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or illegal means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

6.2 Account-Related Prohibitions

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Gaming using bots or automated software.

6.3 Cybercrime

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers.
• Sending viruses or malicious code.
• Attempting to collect information about or cause harm to other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by btjee

btjee may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the btjee support team. Before closing the account, all active bets must be settled and any pending withdrawals must be completed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for more than 12 months with no login or financial activity, btjee may mark that account as "inactive". A maintenance fee of up to the applicable maximum may be deducted from inactive accounts.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue to use the platform after the terms have been changed, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may close your account.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between btjee and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
